We always endeavor to meet client’s requirements precisely. All applicants have been interviewed and qualified by TAK Consulting professionals. Client will receive only the resumes that have been pre-qualified and submitted with the candidate’s approval. You will receive these prior to any scheduled interviews. All applicants will be briefed before interviews on the facts and issues relating to client’s company. References will be checked, documented and in client’s hands before the offer is presented. As a result, no time will be lost interviewing an under or over-qualified candidate.
We are on a high maintenance mode. Our job is not complete until the candidate has been gainfully employed by client’s firm for a number of months. Proper follow-through methods include frequent contact and close monitoring with both the company and the new employee during the transitional period.
